Chengdu Feihan Bagua You Experience (Demo)

Feihan Bagua You body practice comes from the imperial Baguazhang lineage of Dong Haichuan. It was transmitted through Yin Fu and Gong Baotian to Wang Zhuangfei and Wang Hanzhi and is preserved as a Feihan school practice. Adapted from a traditional Bagua flexibility method, it is also known as the ‘Yanghe Life Tenfold Tonic Practice’. It centres on regulating the body, breath, and mind, follows the principles of yin and yang, and emphasises the union of form and spirit, settling the breath and attention in the lower dantian, and cultivating harmony between the human body and the natural world. The practice values clarity of purpose and far-reaching calm. Movements are gentle, unhurried, and continuous, with attention guiding breath through the whole body while external form supports coordinated movement. Within its traditional framework, the practice aims to harmonise body and mind, cultivate vitality, support the muscles and bones, and encourage balanced circulation and long-term wellbeing. This is currently a demo experience; the host, venue, and dates are still being confirmed.
